Cycling Section Info
The Cycling Section cater for all abilities of cyclists. From Time Trialing, Triathlon and Road Racing, to Leisure Cycling & Sportive riding you'll be given a warm and friendly welcome. The focus is on road riding and we have a long and proud tradition as a racing club.
Our mid-week club time trials, which are held on local courses in the racing season (April - Sept) are a great introduction to the competitive side of the sport. Many of the local TT course records are held by Leamington C&AC riders, so there is plenty of competition, but if you are new to the sport or local area you can still to come along & try it out - you'll be given a warm welcome along with a cup of tea & piece of cake once you are finished!
The club also have weekly Club Runs on Sundays & these are a great introduction to the club. Two different paced groups meet at Leamington Town Hall at 9am. Routes, distances and pace vary depending on time of year. Anyone can come along and join the rides and these are a great way to meet club members, learn how to ride safely and efficiently in a group and find out what the club is all about.
