Leamington Youth Athletes get new training sessions
With a new group of U17 athletes this season the club has created some new training sessions and opportunites for our athletes. Starting from the 20th March we now have a dedicated throws and jumps group in addition to the existing sprint and endurance groups.
Athletes are not restricted to one group and can do two groups in an evening and up to 3 days a week if they wish. Please register your interest with the relevant contact below.

Coached by fully qualified UKA sprint coach with over 20 years experience. Ex GB athletes as coaching assistant, specialist 400-800m coach, specialist strength and conditioning coaching assistant.
Sessions Tuesday 7.00-8.00pm (6.30 warm up if not coming from another group), Thursday 7.00-8.00pm, Sunday 10.30am-12.00pm
All abilities welcome. Athletes must commit to a minimum 2 sessions per week.

Session planned for 6.00-8.00pm on Tuesday 3rd, Thursday 4th, Tuesday 10th and Thursday 12th April weather permitting.

England athletics have introduced 1500m steeplechase for U15 boys and girls in addition to events for U17/U20s. Taster sessions and training dates/times to follow.
