Our main endurance group meets on a Tuesday evening at the club room at Edmonscote track at 6.30pm and offers group members a variety of sessions to build endurance, strength and speed. Endurance run sessions offer a choice of 5 or 8 mile routes. Although shorter sharper routes are also offered for those looking to build endurance. Hill sessions are incorporated to help build strength and interval sessions such as fartlek are incorporated to help build speed. The groups key aim is to run at a tempo that builds race confidence at varying distances. With group members encouraged to test their progress at selected races.
